Research outputs across the group

The group studies how cancer develops and responds to treatment within real tissue environments rather than in isolation. That perspective guides the work from hypothesis generation through translational application.

By building from deeply characterized lung and breast cancer cohorts and applying in situ and spatial methods, the lab connects single-cell biology with molecular and clinical context. Close integration with pathology, hospital-based workflows, and collaborative networks helps move discoveries toward diagnostic relevance and patient benefit.
